Do you feel like you are always starting the New Year with the
same resolution?
You feel motivated and set perfect goals, but something goes awry and they get pushed
back for another year. You’re fighting to make a change, but instead end up fighting
yourself.

Join us as we explore our individual patterns in achieving our goals in order to establish
realistic plans for realizing those goals. Your resolution may be challenging, but understanding the process can be rewarding. Let’s move into the new year refreshed and re-energized while reviving your determination. We will evaluate ways to sustain your focus without becoming
overwhelmed.
We will use gentle movement and mindfulness techniques to:
• Release mental, emotional, and physical stress and tension
• Renew drive and desire, defining the importance of your resolution in achieving positive
growth
• Refocus and refine your intentions with patience and understanding for your unique process
