DR. ALICIA ALI
Dr. Ali specializes in child and adult neuropsychological evaluations. She received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Ali completed her adult clinical internship at Henry Ford Health System and pediatric postdoctoral training through The Family Institute at Northwestern University and Rush NeuroBehavioral Center. In addition to her advanced clinical training, Dr. Ali spent some time in Alaska working with state government agencies and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) on the primary prevention of suicide, substance abuse, and interpersonal violence among adolescents.
Dr. Ali specializes in using psychological testing to help diagnose neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, specific learning disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Dr. Ali works to create individualized treatment recommendations for her clients, including medical, academic, and work recommendations.
Dr. Ali also conducts individual therapy with adolescents and adults. She enjoys working with individuals in transitional stages in their lives and has clinical training working with anxiety, mood disorders, grief/loss, and LGBTQ issues.
